Artisanal Craft and Traditional Cooking Workshops (Unveil)
Unveil is located just a few minutes’ walk from Kanazawa’s historic Higashi Chaya District. This cultural experience facility offers visitors the opportunity to go deeper, encountering both the everyday beauty and traditional artisanal expertise of Japan. Take part in hands-on workshops led by local artisans who specialize in crafts like Kaga Yuzen fabric dyeing, maki-e lacquerware decoration, or stencil dyeing. Nourish body and mind with cooking classes taught by a friendly and experienced home cook, sharing the warmth of Japanese homemade favorites — or enjoy a traditional Japanese breakfast by learning to make it yourself.
