Nanao Castle Ruins 七尾城公園

Ruins of a sixteenth-century castle with views of Nanao Bay

Nanao Castle was a mountain castle built in the 1500s but was destroyed in an attack in 1577. Today, an observation deck at Nanao Castle Ruins grants a panoramic view of Nanao Bay and Notojima Island. A stone wall from the castle structure remains.

The onsite museum contains informational exhibits about the castle.
