The Ishikawa Local Products Center highlights many specialty goods and craft products unique to Ishikawa Prefecture. The center sells sweets from several famous confectionaries and handmade tsukuda-ni (seafood, meat, or seaweed simmered in soy sauce and sugar), among other local foods and souvenirs.

The center allows visitors the chance to create their own traditional confections and crafts. Activities include decorating tableware with gold leaf, etching glass, and making Japanese confections.
