Ride a gondola up to Shishiku Highland for views of the Kanazawa plains, the Tedori River, and the Sea of Japan. Two areas, Park Shishiku and Sky Shishiku, offer activities such as sledding and paragliding. There are also a covered barbecue area and two cafes. The mountains behind the highland are recommended spots for trekking, particularly in spring and autumn.
